\u00ab Notre souhait \u00e9tait de construire notre maison bioclimatique<\/strong><\/span> nous-m\u00eame, du moins autant que nous pouvions. Il en \u00e9tait de m\u00eame pour le plan. Il nous paraissait logique que ce soit nous qui transposions sur le papier l’agencement de notre maison, image de notre fa\u00e7on de vivre.<\/p>\n

C’est ce que nous avons fait. Pendant plusieurs mois, nous avons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, fait, d\u00e9fait, refait des plans. N\u00e9anmoins, le r\u00e9sultat ne nous satisfaisait pas compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n

Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de contacter un professionnel et nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Guillaume. Rapidement, il a su rentrer dans notre projet et comprendre nos attentes<\/strong><\/span>. Certainement pas simple face \u00e0 un couple avec les id\u00e9es bien arr\u00eat\u00e9es. En 3 esquisses, il a trouv\u00e9 les solutions. Plans valid\u00e9s ! Guillaume a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le dossier de permis de construire, que nous avons remis en Mairie. Au bout de 30 jours d’attente, nous avons re\u00e7u une demande de pi\u00e8ce compl\u00e9mentaire (hauteur de remblais par rapport au terrain naturel). En 3 jours, les modifications \u00e9taient apport\u00e9es et le permis modifi\u00e9 pos\u00e9, 10 jours apr\u00e8s nous recevions un accord.La construction pouvait attaquer !<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

De notre premier rendez-vous jusqu’\u00e0 l’accord de permis, Guillaume est rest\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute<\/strong><\/span> de nos attentes et nous a apport\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cieux conseils sur l’am\u00e9nagement bien-sur, mais \u00e9galement sur la \u00ab\u00a0bio conception\u00a0\u00bb de la maison. Ainsi, on a beaucoup appris sur les mat\u00e9riaux, l’inertie de la maison, les apports solaires, les modes constructifs, etc…<\/p>\n

Cela fait 18 mois que nous vivons dans notre maison, et nous y sommes tr\u00e8s bien. Elle r\u00e9pond \u00e0 nos besoins, nous correspond, il y fait bon vivre<\/span><\/strong>. S\u00fbr, c’est une maison bien con\u00e7ue !
